Hi Christian
Had the Moda a few weeks now, done 200 miles on it so far and I’m delighted with it. Very different to the ’91 Marin Eldridge I was riding previously! I’m thinking of switching the riser bar to a flat bar with a 0 degree stem and bar ends to get a bit more low and racy.
Easing myself in gently with a couple of time trials at Sherwood Pines… maybe to work up to competing in a race in September if I feel I’m fit enough – vets class, ha ha.
I’ll keep my eye out for the Moda jersey.

i hope your getting on well with your encore…very good bike indeed!
do you have any events planned for your new steed?
as for the jerseys there is a possability of them being available to the public soon;if not the exact team jersey then something very similar.

Just bought a new Moda Encore like yours which I’ll be picking up in the next few days. Very excited obviously. Lovely bike but at this stage Moda seems to be curiously low profile, maybe because they’re so new?
Loving your team kit, very smart, would be great if the Moda jersey became generally available.

I hope you are well and recovering. I rode Expert last year and chatted to you at various races throughout up and down the country.

Its Good to hear that you are back on the bike and well done for achieving your elite licence.

I didnt have a good year last year after getting shingles early on. However things are looking up and I had a great Cross Season winning the Welsh League.

For the past 6 months I have been looking for a team/partner to ride with next year. Compete in events and have a team mate at all major races throughout the season (Advice in achieving Elite status!). Are you riding for yourself this season or is there an opportunity for another rider to join you on a Lloyds Cycles/Moda Bikes team.

It would be great to hear back from you.
